What You’ll Do
Talent & Recruiting
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver quality hires quickly
- Build candidate pipelines and improve recruiting strategies
- Own the onboarding experience from offer through Day 1 and beyond
- Ensure new hires are welcomed, prepared, and set up for success
- Continuously improve onboarding to drive retention
- Coordinate training programs and track participation
- Support employee development and skill-building initiatives
- Assist with performance management processes and communication
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and programs (including Merit Cares)
- Support a positive, connected workplace culture
- Partner with leaders to enhance team engagement and retention
- Serve as a trusted HR partner to managers
- Provide guidance on recruiting, onboarding, and employee development
- Support day-to-day employee needs and escalate when appropriate
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of HR experience, with strong recruiting and onboarding background
- Experience in manufacturing or operations environment preferred
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
